What is Addaero Solo?
Addaero Solo is a suite of web based training tools for coaches, groups, and individuals designed to plan, track and analyze health and fitness. It removes the barriers and excuses that keep people from improving their health and fitness. Solo achieves this by connecting the individual to friends, groups, coaches, and their data. These connections benefit everyone, from the beginner to the elite athlete by providing motivation, instruction, accountability, goals and analysis.
Addaero Solo synchronizes your health and fitness data from providers, such as Garmin, FitBit, and Withings. This information, combined with instruction and planning from a coach or trainer, is displayed in a simple, easy to understand format allowing for meaningful analysis.

Coaches & trainers use Addaero Solo web based health and fitness software to manage and grow their business. Triathlon, cycling, swimming, running, rock climbing, soccer, crossfit and stand up paddle boarding are a few examples of sports where coaches use Addaero Solo to provide coaching service for their athletes.
Workouts are delivered to the individual or group and results are posted through the intuitive web based interface. Engaging individuals and groups in health and fitness has never been easier. The Solo Activity Feed makes it easy to access, view, and analyze fitness data for one athlete or the entire coaching group. The Solo messaging system makes it easy to advise and interact with one athlete or the entire coaching group. Messaging keeps all of the communication and fitness history information in one easy to access and searchable location.
Individual and group training, workouts, and communications are handled seamlessly using Addaero Solo. Virtual interaction, workflow and task automation allow coaches to add client(s), while reducing the amount of time it takes to manage each athlete and group. A coach can provide quality health and fitness instruction, analysis, and advice to an athlete in person or virtually to a client three time zones away; Solo has users in North America, South America, Europe and Japan.

Solo for Groups
Addaero Solo Group gives a solo coach or athlete the opportunity to create, manage, and share a common group-training calendar that can be accessed by 2 Solo users or 2,000 Solo users. The group training calendar functionality is designed to connect athletes of all levels of fitness and interests. Group calendars can be used for training in any sports discipline such as, but not limited to, triathlon, running, swimming, and cycling.
A group-training calendar may include co-workers training for a 5k, race participants sharing a marathon training program, friends keeping fit together, or a running club providing workouts to the members.
Workouts and training plans posted to the group-training calendar will show up on each member's individual calendar. A Solo user can belong to multiple groups. The Solo Group functionality is flexible and can be used in many ways to enhance the health and fitness experience.
